Tara National Park Day-Trip

• Gate of Podrinje > Drina River House > Vrelo Waterfalls > Zelenika Viewpoint > Zaovine and Spajića Lake > Banjska Stena viewpoint > Kozija Stena Viewpoint.
• A visit to the charming town of Valjevo and its surroundings can be a great alternative to Banjska and Kozija Stena viewpoints and long unpaved roads there.
• You can go on the most beautiful multi-day tour in Serbia by connecting a trip to Tara National Park with a tour to Mokra Gora and Sargan Eight Train ride, cruising on Perucac Lake, and an excursion to Zlatibor.
• If you wish to sleepover at Tara Mountain, Mitrovac, or Zaovine we can also offer you a one-way taxi transfer from Belgrade to Tara with or without sightseeing stops.

• Day tour from Belgrade to Tara can be very exhausting due to bad roads.
• Instead of this sightseeing trip to Tara, consider a less tiring day trip to Mokra Gora and a ride through Tara on the Šarganska Osmica tourist train.
• Bring adequate clothing for hiking in nature. The Banjska Stena viewpoint is about 1 kilometer away on a forest path.
• For most of the winter, Mount Tara and local roads are covered with snow, and going on excursions is impossible.
• Expect 5-10 degrees Celsius lower temperature than in Belgrade.
• Due to the winding roads and frequent altitude changes, we recommend you bring anti-nausea medication.
